Helping your purchase clients

I would like to offer some suggestions to you in order to really help your clients: 1) the clients should shop around for the best mortgage rates and service thru several Mortgage Brokers or Banks to compare, especially if they understand BROKER COMPENSATION and that the higher the comp. plan ,the higher the rate they will receive from the Lender. They would really feel as if they made the better choice; 2) the clients should shop for a Title/Settlement Co./Attorney to handle their loan title work and closing as costs can differ several hundred dollars; 3) clients should also shop several vendors for home inspection services and even homeowner's insurance agencies. I try to provide a few that they may call, and challenge them to call a few more as well. FREE ENTERPRISE is amazing and when it's all said and done,  and the Buyers get a sense of accomplishment when they participate in getting the best deals possible. Trust is increased and that leads to more referrals.
